CARE MAKES OUR LIVES POSSIBLE. TRANSFORMING IT IS A COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY
At different moments in our lives, we all provide, receive, and need care and support. Yet care is still not fully recognized, care responsibilities are not shared equally, and access to care and support is not guaranteed for everyone.
This hub brings the meaning, history, annual programme, stories and public record of the Day into one place.
Proclaimed by the United Nations. Resolution A/RES/77/317 established October 29 as an annual observance to give greater visibility and recognition to care and support, those who provide and receive it, and the policies, services and infrastructure that make it possible.
